Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bef939 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bef939 website located at https://bef939.cam and all related services, products, games, betting markets and features made available through it.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on bef939, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor or close family member of bef939 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally under any applicable self-exclusion scheme.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are satisfied. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Creation

To access real-money betting and casino features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details required by the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bef939. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bef939 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets and forfeit any balances derived from Prohibited Activity.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bef939 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bef939 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bef939 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and may request verification at any point after registration. Required documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform, its content or its services without express written authorisation from bef939 is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus abuse or collusion with other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract source code from the Platform.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying systems.

5.3 Platform Availability

bef939 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. bef939 accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform downtime, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore service promptly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for contextual familiarity only. Their inclusion does not constitute endorsement of gambling services by those providers, nor does it guarantee their availability as active deposit methods at any given time. Availability is subject to operator policy and may change without notice.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.4. bef939 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section, subject to any applicable security reviews. Withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit method where possible.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Any balance below the stated minimum withdrawal threshold cannot be withdrawn until the threshold is reached. bef939 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals above specified thresholds.

6.3 Currency

Account balances and transactions may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or in another currency as specified during account registration. Currency conversion fees may apply where the deposit currency differs from the account currency. Players are responsible for any conversion costs imposed by their payment providers.

6.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. bef939 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances after due notice has been sent to the registered email address, in accordance with applicable operator policy.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by bef939 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements and eligible games or markets will be stated clearly in each individual promotion. Contributions from different game types towards wagering requirements may vary — for example, sports bets may contribute differently from casino games.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bef939 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements, registration of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated play across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, bef939 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings and close the account.

7.4 Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date or validity window. Bonus funds and any associated free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by bef939. The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation reference via the Platform interface.

8.2 Odds & Markets

Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. bef939 offers pre-match and in-play betting across a range of sports including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other international sports. Market availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the event being cancelled, the market being suspended for technical reasons, obvious pricing errors, or where the outcome cannot be determined within a specified period. In the case of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per market type. These limits are displayed in the relevant sports or casino section. bef939 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet at its discretion.

8.5 Casino Games

Casino games including live dealer tables, slots and instant games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) mathematics and return-to-player (RTP) rates as specified in each game's information panel. Game providers are third-party studios whose titles are made available on the Platform under licensing arrangements. Game rules specific to each title apply in addition to these Terms.

Responsible Gambling

bef939 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control how much you fund your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bef939 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, page layout, design and the compilation thereof — is the property of bef939 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the bef939 name, logo or branding in any manner that could imply affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bef939.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bef939, its directors, employees, partners, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Platform downtime, technical malfunctions or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds data.
• Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors or other service providers.

bef939's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting bef939 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (subject to KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via a supported payment method. Bonus funds are forfeited upon closure.

12.2 Closure by bef939

bef939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 5.2.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring us to do so.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, bef939 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact bef939 support and attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through the Platform's internal complaints procedure. A written complaint should be submitted to [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). bef939 will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, it may be referred to an appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as designated under the operator's applicable licensing conditions.

Amendments to These Terms

bef939 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or sending an email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are amended. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
